Strategic Intelligence Ecosystem
Three intelligence publications. One scenario planning platform. A community of senior leaders. Built for boards and risk executives who need to see around corners.

Each component of DeepStrategy.ai reinforces the others. Weekly signals feed scenario models. Unpriced risks become stress tests. Governance implications become board-ready intelligence. The result is a strategic ecosystem that no single publication, platform, or advisory firm can replicate alone.
ScenarioWatch identifies strategic signals across six intelligence categories
The Paranoidist surfaces the unpriced risks nobody else is mapping
ScenarioPlan transforms signals and risks into actionable scenario models
BoardroomRadar translates it all into governance-ready intelligence
Human Masterminds bring peer accountability and collective judgment
Publication
For Board Directors
Governance intelligence that cuts through the noise. Each weekly issue delivers one deep analysis, five signals worth tracking, and the one question every director should be raising at their next meeting.
Published weekly on Wednesdays via Beehiiv

For Strategy & Risk Leaders
Strategic intelligence through a dual lens. Every signal analyzed for both the opportunity it creates and the risk it carries. Built on a proprietary six-category, eighteen-indicator scanning framework that connects macro-economic shifts to workforce disruption and everything between.
Weekly Radar published Wednesdays; Focus published monthly

For Strategic Decision-Makers
The risks nobody is pricing. Each issue identifies a convergence of forces that is structurally difficult to fix, assesses whether it is reflected in markets, risk models, or insurance, and maps what boards, risk leaders, and insurers should do about it now.

Every organization manages risk. Almost none prepare for genuine uncertainty. The distinction matters: risk is quantifiable, modelable, insurable. Uncertainty is none of those things. It is the territory where historical data stops working, probability distributions lose their meaning, and the tools that boards and senior managers rely on most heavily fail without warning.
Uncertainty: When Risk Is Not Enough is a diagnostic examination of why conventional risk frameworks collapse precisely when organizations need them most. Drawing on more than three decades of experience across entrepreneurship, finance, risk management, and insurance, this book maps the structural blind spots that leave institutions exposed: the over-reliance on historical precedent, the false comfort of risk metrics, and the organizational dynamics that make it almost impossible to prepare for what cannot be predicted.
Written for board directors, senior managers, and risk executives, the book makes a case that the institutions best positioned for disruptive change are not the ones with the most sophisticated risk models. They are the ones that have built the discipline to think in scenarios, stress-test assumptions under conditions of genuine ambiguity, and act from structured preparation rather than reactive improvisation.
If Uncertainty diagnoses why conventional risk frameworks fail, How Machines Break opens the case files. This book examines how machine-driven systems, from AI platforms and algorithmic trading to autonomous logistics and digital infrastructure, actually fracture under pressure. Based on detailed analysis of over 1,000 cases run through a proprietary analytical model, it catalogs the patterns of failure, fragility, and structural vulnerability that repeat across industries. The result is a field guide for leaders who need to understand not just that disruption is coming, but specifically how the systems they depend on will break.
Coming SoonScenarioPlan · by DeepStrategy.ai
ScenarioPlan is an AI-augmented scenario planning service that transforms strategic signals into structured, probability-weighted futures your organization can actually prepare for. Not forecasting. Not prediction. Disciplined scenario construction, built on live intelligence.
Most strategic plans assume a single future. Annual planning cycles produce one set of projections, one budget, one strategy. When the world shifts, the plan breaks, and leaders scramble to react. The organizations that navigate disruption best are the ones that have already modeled it.
ScenarioPlan is built on a proprietary analytical framework that has been stress-tested across more than 1,000 cases spanning technology, finance, energy, governance, geopolitics, and institutional fragility. The patterns surfaced from that body of work inform every scenario constructed for clients, giving the system an empirical depth that no greenfield methodology can match.
The result: faster response when signals shift, better capital allocation under uncertainty, board-ready risk narratives, and strategic decisions made from clarity instead of crisis.
Built on live intelligence from the DeepStrategy.ai ecosystem and validated by empirical scenario analysis across more than 1,000 cases.
Community
As AI commoditizes analytical work, human sense-making in community becomes the scarcest resource. Human Masterminds brings senior leaders together for peer accountability, pattern recognition, and the kind of high-stakes deliberation that no AI can replicate.
"In this room, you are the intelligence."

DeepStrategy.ai is the product of a conviction that boards and risk leaders need a new kind of strategic intelligence: one that connects signals across domains, stress-tests assumptions through scenario planning, and delivers analysis with the specificity to be acted upon, not merely read.
